Utilise our 150 Tonne HME power press with its 600mm x 1100mm press bed capacity and Worsen Air Cushion for those difficult forming needs.

Room for blanking and forming in one hit giving a reduction in machine time and no need to transport parts between presses. Convert your current 2 hit tooling to a side by side operation ????

Need small parts produced?

Utilise our variable stroke presses capable of high speed production of components for all uses.

Double Action pressings can be produced at a higher rate than a hydraulic press can achieve. The process involves the material being clamped by the first stage of the press cycle and the punch forming the shape by stretching the material over the die shape and around the punch in the second stage or forming.

We can also offer post processing of pressings and components in many ways, Tapping , Spot welding , Welding , Trimming ,Spinning ,rumbling , Linishing , Etching , Painting and powder coating.
